Intake
Gathers information to determine eligibility to guide you or your loved one to the right services.
Case Manager
Develop an individualized plan to address the clients’ goals and objectives.
Coordinator
Coordinate referral services, project activities, and training workshops that are available in your local area.
DARS VR
Interested in employment. We will connect you to DARS, the vocational rehabilitation program. They will assist you with your employment goals.
Job Search
Along with DARS we will help guide you in your career search by referring your resume to open job postings.
Employment
Once you gain employment, we will be your support system before and after hiring.
