Eugenia Hall Miller
My brother was a police officer for the city of Pittsburgh, PA. His life ended tragically after he was shot and killed while trying to de-escalate an argument between two neighbors. We miss him tremendously. We miss his smile, we miss his laugh, and we miss his presence. I know he would want me to keep his legacy alive by helping others. Therefore, this project is dedicated in his memory.
Our goal is to strengthen communities one step at a time.
