The Officer Calvin Hall Memorial Scholarship <\/span><\/h2>

The Hall Family has partnered with Clean Slate E3, a nonprofit affiliate of the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP). Clean Slate E3 offers annual scholarships to qualified public housing residents. The program is limited to residents of Low-Income Public Housing or residents of Section 8\/ Housing Choice Voucher Program.
